We utilize postal services from EMS, as well as reputable third-party logistics (3PL) companies such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to deliver orders to our customers. 3. Tracking of Packages
We guarantee tracked shipping on all orders. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing live tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

4. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, or if the package is refused at the doorstep, the product will be automatically returned to our source warehouse. Re-attempts or refunds will only be processed after we receive the product and investigate the issue by contacting the customer. In the event of a lost package during transit, the shipping carrier will notify us, and we will arrange for a fresh shipment to be dispatched.
