1.RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 14-day Return Policy, meaning all customers have a window of 14 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return.

2.REFUND ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a refund, you must initiate the return request within the specified return window. Additionally, the returned item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any signs of use or damage to the product will result in the rejection of the refund request.

3.DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We encourage all customers to inspect their orders upon receipt and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Simply send an email to order@duoxiongla.com, and we’ll assess the issue and ensure it’s resolved satisfactorily.

4.NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to replace or refund if the unwanted item has been opened, used or any seals are broken.

5.HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN REQUEST
To initiate a return, please contact us via email, clearly stating the order number and the reason for returning the product. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email notification along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that any items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted or eligible for a refund.

6.EXCHANGES REQUEST
If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out to us via email. Our team will provide guidance on how the exchange process will be arranged. If an exchange cannot be facilitated at your location, we’ll advise you to return the item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7.ORDER CANCELLATION
Requests for order cancellation must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, a cancellation charge of 25-100% may be applied, depending on the circumstances.

8.REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that depending on the payment method and your issuing bank, this process may take between 7-12 business days, excluding bank holidays.

For return requests, please be aware that the refund amount will not include the cost of delivery or return postage, or any applicable import duties.
