Privacy Policy

PART 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you buy something from our store, we gather personal details like your name, address, and email address to complete the transaction.

While you’re checking out our store, we automatically get your computer’s IP address. This helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

If you give us the go-ahead, we might send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

PART 2 – CONSENT
How do you get my consent?

We get your consent when you give us personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, make an order, arrange delivery or returns. By doing so, you’re implying that you’re okay with us collecting and using that info for those specific purposes only.

If we need your personal info for something else, like marketing, we’ll either ask you directly for your clear consent, or give you a chance to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If you change your mind after opting in, you can always withdraw your consent for us to contact you or keep collecting, using, or sharing your information. Just reach out to us at orer@duoxiongla.com anytime.

PART 3 – DISCLOSURE
We might have to share your personal information if the law requires us to or if you breach our Terms of Service.

PART 4 – WOOCOMMERCE
Our store is hosted on Woocommerce. They’re the ones who give us the online e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is kept on Woocommerce data storage, databases, and their overall application. They store your data on secure servers protected by a firewall.

Payment:
If you decide to use a direct payment gateway to make your purchase, Woocommerce will store your credit card data. They encrypt it following the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase details are only kept for as long as necessary to complete the transaction, then they’re deleted.

All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council, which includes major brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

These requirements help guarantee that your credit card information is handled securely by our store and the service providers we work with.

PART 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers we use will only collect, use, and share your information as necessary to provide the services they offer to us.

However, some third-party service providers, like payment gateways and other transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we need to provide them for your purchase transactions.

We suggest you check out their privacy policies to understand how they handle your personal information.

Keep in mind, some of these providers might be located in a different jurisdiction than you or us. So, if you go ahead with a transaction that involves a third-party service provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) where that provider or its facilities are located.

For instance, if you’re in the UK and your transaction goes through a payment gateway in the United States, your personal information might be subject to US laws, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party site or application, their rules and policies, not ours, apply to you.

Clicking on links on our store might take you away from our site. We’re not in charge of the privacy practices of other websites and suggest you read their privacy statements.

PART 6 – SECURITY
We do our best to safeguard your personal information by taking reasonable precautions and following industry best practices to prevent any inappropriate loss, misuse, access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

When you provide us with your credit card details, they’re encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we adhere to all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry standards that are generally accepted.
